      Great Seat, Even Better Customer Service

      The seat is great, functions as described and appears to be of high quality. More impressive is Extreme Kartz customer service. The box containing the seat came off of the FedEx truck looking like the carrier dropped it off of a couple of different trucks, then ran it over for good measure. The fold out frame that the lower seat attaches to was bent beyond repair. I contacted EK and they sent me a new one quickly, without hassle. Would definitely buy a Rhox product again, and definitely will use Extreme Kartz again.
