Model Selection Guide

• 440AMP Controller Kit – Ideal for moderate performance upgrades, increased range, and smoother driving

• 600AMP Controller Kit – Maximum power and torque for aggressive performance, oversized tires, and steep inclines

*Note: Speed increases depend on your golf cart model, its motor, its weight (2 or 4 seater), and level of modification (tires, lift kit, etc).

Pre-Installation Requirements

• Cart must have a Curtis 1510 or 1515 IQ controller
• Heavy-duty solenoid is required for 600amp; but just recommended for 440amp
• Battery requirements:
  • Lithium:
    • 440AMP = 400AMP peak discharge
    • 600AMP = 500–600AMP peak discharge
  • Lead-acid:
    • Minimum 4-gauge battery cables
• Navitas systems do NOT require a diode or resistor replacement
