Which Navitas kit do I need?

EZGO RXV (Curtis Controller)

• Original controller: Curtis 1206AC
• Uses 48V AC motor
• If your RXV is 2014+, you have a Curtis 1206AC controller. If your RXV is 2012 or 2013, doublecheck your controller to make sure it is the Curtis 1206AC before ordering this Navitas kit

EZGO RXV (Danaher Controller)

• Original controller: Danaher AC controller
• Uses 48V AC motor
• If your RXV is 2011 or older, you have a Danaher AC controller. If your RXV is 2012 or 2013, doublecheck your controller to make sure it is the Danaher AC controller before ordering this Navitas kit

Note: Kits are not interchangeable between Curtis and Danaher systems. Confirm your cart’s controller type before ordering.

• 440A Controller Kit – Best for standard carts and mild upgrades. Improves speed, torque, and range.
• 600A Controller Kit – Best for lifted carts and steep terrain. Delivers maximum torque and performance.

*Note: Speed increases depend on your golf cart model, its motor, its weight (2 or 4 seater), and level of modification (tires, lift kit, etc).

Battery Requirements:

• Lithium: 440A = 400A peak discharge; 600A = 500–600A peak discharge
• Lead-Acid: Minimum 4-gauge cables recommended
