Extreme Kartz Warranty and Return Policies.
Every item on our website comes with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee (excludes special order items). If you are not completely satisfied with your order when it arrives, we'll refund your money or exchange any item on our website within 10 days of purchase.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please call one of our trained Customer Service Representatives for a Return Authorization Number within 10 Days from receipt of order.
After 10 Days business days you will no longer be eligible for a return. any manufacturer issues will be handled as a warranty claim.
The Manufacturer of each particular product we sell is responsible for any warranty claims. Extremekartz will assist our customers in helping to file any warranty claims but it is the Vendors ultimate responsibility to support product warranty claims.
Once the product is physically installed, You will no longer be eligible for a return. Any issues will be handled as a vendor warranty claim.
All items require a Return Authorization Number and need to be in like new condition in their original packing, for the return process to be completed.
Customer is responsible for return shipping charges on authorized returns.
All Special/Custom Orders are unavailable for return for any reason other than a manufacturer's defect.
The "defect" must be confirmed by the manufacturer before a return is granted.
With Special Order/Custom Products, the Vendor has the option to Repair, Replace or Refund the product.
For information on a replacement or refund of a defective item, please refer to the individual warranty for that product.
On electrical products such as electric controllers, electric motors, MCORS and switches returns will only be accepted if the wrong product was ordered. In that case the product can be returned and will be replaced with the correct product if it is available. If the correct product is not available a credit will be issued upon return.
A 20% restocking fee will be charged on all returned items that were shipped correctly based on the customer order.

Nivel and Madjax has initiated a new return policy beginning April 1st, 2018.
Returns of Nivel and Madjax Products will only be authorized if the product that you purchased is damaged in transit, defective or was not the product that you ordered.
Please thoroughly check your shipment upon receipt for any damages.
Shipping prices quoted on the website are for the 48 contiguous US States and does not include Hawaii or Alaska. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Free Shipping applies only to Standard Ground Services such as UPS and Fedex. Ground Freight Charges can be added where applicable on products that require ground freight (Bodies, Tops etc). Additional charges will not be applied without prior customer consent.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
For Products that are Damaged in Shipping you have 10 days to submit a claim from the date the product is received at the destination.
For all Damaged in Shipping claims ExtremeKartz requires the following
- Email explaining damage with order #
- Signed Bill of Lading from shipper detailing damage (Ground Freight shipments)
- Pictures of damage
The documentation can be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org
Upon receipt of documentation, ExtremeKartz will submit claim to the Vendor and follow back up with Customer upon Vendor resolution
