Shipping & Returns
Ground shipping in the contintental U.S. is free on all orders over $100. Some items require freight shipping, and those costs are noted on the product page.
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. Please note, tracking numbers can take 24-48 hours to load in the carriers system. You can also access your Order Status and Tracking Info by logging into your Customer Account.
We ship to all 48 contiguous U.S. States. If you are outside this area, reach out to our Team or give us a call - we are able to ship certain items.
Most orders come with a "100% Satisfaction Guarantee." If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer returns or exchanges on orders within 30 days of delivery, excluding the following items:
- Custom Orders (ex: Doorworks Enclosures, Lazy Life Seat Cushions, etc.)
- Lithium Batteries
- Motors or Controllers that have been removed from packaging
If it’s our fault, your return is free. If you wish to return an item for another reason, there will be a restocking fee of 20% (or $150 max fee). Returned items must be un-installed, like new condition, and in original packaging.
