Fits: MPT/WORKHORSE 1200 model (2001.5-2013)

How to tell which lift kit you need:

Where the steering column meets the floorboard, if you have a 3 bolt pattern, you need the older style (1994-2001.5) and if you have a 4 bolt pattern, you need the newer style (2001.5-2013)
