The Navitas DC to AC Conversion Kit for Club Car Precedent IQ/Excel golf cars is engineered for straightforward installation and enhanced performance compared to DC systems. Its highly efficient AC system delivers extended run times along with heightened speed and torque. Qualified customers can enjoy dealer-level app access, offering added convenience. This 48V, 600A kit serves as a replacement for the 1510/1515 models

Notes: 

  • Incompatible with DS vehicles due to the length of the 5kW motor.
  • Not suitable for Club Car Onward vehicles manufactured after 2021 due to Club Car's adoption of a new throttle implementation.
  • Can be used with the E.R.I.C. system; however, dash display functionalities will be supplanted by the mobile device app.
  • Replaces Curtis 1510/1515 controllers.

Install Tips From a Pro:

  • Take pictures of current wire locations and positioning before starting install. (This will help if you forget where a wire or connection goes)
  • Taking rear passanger tire off can help with installing the motor. (This will give you more space and maneuverability to get the motor on the splined shaft.)
  • Download Navitas App and configure your controller to your cart. (This will make your motor and controller run as efficenetly as possible.)
