Look no further than the Navitas TAC2 600A 48V-72V DC to AC Conversion Kit.
Engineered to elevate your golf cart's performance, this kit delivers increased torque, top speed, and acceleration, taking your ride to the next level. With the on-the-fly (OTF) programmer, you have complete control over acceleration, maximum speed, and regenerative braking adjustments while on the move. Additionally, stay informed about your cart's health with the Bluetooth-enabled app.
This fully customizable kit features a 600A AC controller paired with a 5KW Navitas AC motor, complete with essential components such as an OEM direct connector, mounting plate, and auxiliary harnessing for a seamless installation process. Compatible with Curtis 1510-1515, it offers a comprehensive solution for optimizing your Club Car's performance.

Fits:
- Fits Club Car Precedent/Onward/IQ/Excel carts (Curtis 1510/1515 Controller) that are Dec 2021 and older
- Does NOT fit: Dec 2021 or newer Club Car Precedent, Tempo and Onward built due to change in MCOR
- Does NOT fit: "Series" breaking system Club Cars.
If your Club Car does NOT have a run/tow switch under the seat or your Fwd/Rev switch is a handle (not a switch), it is likely a 'Series' cart and therefore, will not work. - Does NOT fit: Club Car DS, due to the length of the 5kw motor. Club Car DS owners will need the 4k Navitas kit

Pre Purchase Checklist:
- Cart must have a Curtis 1510/1515 Controller.
- Heavy duty solenoid (required for controllers 440 amps or higher)
- Right Batteries:
- Excludes Factory Lithium Models / Will work with aftermarket drop in lithium packs, such as Roypow and Relion, or Allied/Epoch if you have 3 x 30ah
(If you're unsure, check your battery discharge specification to ensure the battery can handle the amperage Navitas controllers call for. Insufficient amperage ratings will call for the controller amperage to be turned down. 440 amp controller should have a 400 amp output battery. 600 amp controllers should have a 600 amp output battery) - Carts with lead acid batteries should have heavy duty batty cables. 4 gauge or bigger cables.

Install Tips From a Pro:
- Take pictures of current wire locations and positioning before starting install. (This will help if you forget where a wire or connection goes)
- Taking rear passanger tire off can help with installing the motor. (This will give you more space and maneuverability to get the motor on the splined shaft.)
- Download Navitas App and configure your controller to your cart. (This will make your motor and controller run as efficenetly as possible.)
We recommend adding 4G cabling throughout as well as a Heavy Duty Solenoid

Huge speed and torque gains!
After swapping out the stock motor/controller for this Navitas setup, you can tell a night and day difference in speed, torque, and hill climbing. I dont think theres a better motor/controller combo on the market.

By far the best complete package I’ve installed. Power and speed are truly amazing! 32mph with two riders! Steve was very knowledgeable in selecting other components to complete my build. If your looking for a intense upgrade, this is the kit for you.

Ac conversion kit
I have a 2017 club car onward and decided to go with the kit. My cart is lifted with 26" tires and now it runs 28mph!! very pleased with the kit. I went with the 5kw motor. I have to give a shout out to cod golf carts for installing it. I dropped it off in the morning and it was done that afternoon.

I was looking for a while for an upgrade for my ClubCar Precedent. This system offered everything I was looking for. I have speed as was as torque. I love that it has a dial controller that mounts on the dash that controls it and can lock your settings. Also it has an app for a dashboard to see what your cart is doing as well as a remote lockout feature for security. It was a very easy install. Love it

I like every man wanted something over the top and much more powerful than normal. Well boys this is the kit. I have 4 passengers on board out running gas golf carts all over the beach this was super easy install. I have stock wheels and tires still. The lift and tires are on the way. I'm still running 28mph I did get the dealer app from navitas so I could bump up the stock settings a little
